Meet Our Digestive Health & Gastroenterological Specialist

Dr. Saravana Kumar Dato’ Karunanathy MBCHB (UK), MRCP (UK), Fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology (MOH) AMP

Dr. Saravana received his medical degree from the University of Sheffield, UK, postgraduate from the Royal College of Physicians, UK and fellowship with the Ministry of Health, Malaysia.

At present, he is a Consultant Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist at Parkcity Medical Centre, Kuala Lumpur, specialising in the treatment and management of gastroenterology and liver diseases.

He has extensive experience in managing gastroenterology and liver related diseases, with a special interest in GERD, colon cancer screening, irritable bowel syndrome, hepatitis B & C, gastritis, helicobacter pylori and fatty liver.
